High-Grade Stainless Steel Stencils

For the application of solder pastes, adhesives and fluxers for SMD insertion, we offer custom-tailored fabrication of high-grade stainless steel stencils, even with the finest structures.

With the aid of modern laser cutting technology, even extreme requirements of positioning and edge accuracy can be met. You will receive your stencils either with frame or with the desired quick-clamping receptacles.

To realize short response and delivery periods we shall take over your Gerber files by modem, from disk, or via internet. The digitisation of films is also possible. We shall modify your data according to your specifications.

Among other things, we shall meet your quality requirements by optical testing with reference to a photo plot.

Upon request, we can measure the finest structure and compare it with the CAD data.
